Suzanne Fountain has been arrested and is charged with five counts of felony animal cruelty and one count of misdemeanor animal cruelty. Her arraignment is on 1/20/2011 in front of Judge James H Earp at the Viera Moore Justice Center. Five cats were found dead in a Palm Bay house, one other cat was found alive but in distress. The cats were barricaded in a closet and some had been partially eaten.
