There was a motion to suppress hearing on August 12th. Court is taking the matter under advisement and will try to have a written ruling on the motion prior to the next docket sounding on August 23rd.
Christine Hogle was caring for her grandparents' pets. Animals confiscated 1/19/10 and taken to county shelter.
Per Animal Services records:
" nearly every room was soaked with urine and covered with trash and animal feces. The animals also appeared to be in some distress."..."5 dogs, one of which was in extremely poor condition, 8 cats, 1 rabbit, 1 lizard and 2 dead hamsters"
