Kenta Wyns brutally beat his puppy on numerous occasions. His pup narrowly escaped death. She was confiscated and is now healthy and adopted thanks to a wonderful foster home that gave "Resi" what she needed to recuperate properly.
When Wyns went to court he was deemed unfit to stand trial. He was sent to GEO Care and was recently deemed fit.
In court today, August 27th, the court ruled that Wyns will stand trial. Next docket sounding in October 27th, 2010 at 9:00 AM in Viera.
